Face plant

Landry lately has been lovingly referred to as “Evil Knieval.”  He honestly has zero amount of fear in his little body.  Last week Ansley had a major messy diaper, so Big Daddy was helping me in that department, while Landry bounced around like a banchee in her room.  It’s one of those things that by the time you realize what is happening, it’s a little too late. He had taken Ansley’s PB chair and put it on top of his slide.  We turned around as he was already mid slide and watched as he went head first into the rocking chair.

Needless to say, he had quite the goose egg.

This is what he interprets as “Landry look up”

I’m not sure what this was but thought it was funny

We really figured he’d have a major black eye.  He had a blue bruise across his nose and the goose egg stayed lightly bruised for a few days but besides that, all is well in the world for Evil Kneival.
