Easter Buckets

Landry’s school is having their Easter celebrations on Thursday.  I had originally planned on making something out of wood, but dad suggested paint buckets.  So, paint buckets it was!
Usually the paint buckets we use are metal, but one of our suppliers is now using plastic, so that’s what they gave us!  Hey-free of any kind is great! I’ll take it! Smile
They started like this…

And 14 buckets later, now look like this!

I designed everything on Make the Cut and then cut it out on my Cricut!  It took me a long time. A L.O.N.G time (mainly because I kept changing my mind on what to put on them).  But I think they turned out pretty cute, so I’m happy!

The girly ones were done in pinks and purples

The other side of the buckets look like this

Did all this on the Cricut too (and vinyl of course)

Isn’t he cute?!

Then… I went to Eighteen25 and printed off these awesomely cute peep bag toppers! LOVE them! (I really think their site is one of the best out there… you should go there now!)

Folded them in half

Placed a line of peeps in a snack sized baggie and stapled the topper on!

I mean really, could they possible be any cuter?!

And here’s the finished product! Stuffed with Easter grass, filled with eggs, pencils, Easter tattoo’s and their peep bags!

That’s about it!
 Happy Easter!

They turned out great! Like the peep tags. It's a good way to make a classic Easter treat an original.

These are fabulous! I loved the front and then you turned them around and it was a double-dose of fabulous! Great job! How do you get the paint cans for free?

Okay, I just reread the post and saw how you did it--sorry! :) I was blinded by the paint cans' beauty the first read through.
